This blog from the National Trust talks about the results of their trial selling the electricity they generate in Snowdonia to the Eden project in Cornwall (interesting notion of ‘local’!). It is mediated by Good Energy. It also gives a list of some of the many local supply trials now going on across the UK. It’s certainly the next big thing in community energy.
