In November 2025, we ran a survey to explore the home heating issues and needs of householders in our community. Sadly, we only received 19 responses so the data are not necessarily representative of our wider community but do suggest that people’s top concerns are: finding good advice and good contractors and wanting to be more sustainable. There were also issues concerning high energy bills, not being warm enough and affording home upgrades. We’d like to thank everyone who did respond. The survey results can be found here. We are now collaborating with the folks of Llangattock Green Energy to find ways we might be able to offer independent heat assessments and advice to our communities.
