We are delighted to have awarded 2 paid student projects this summer. Building on their popular Swapshop project, Willa-Rose Callender & Betsi Craig plan to run a series of community activities this summer sharing new and old creative skills which can save energy and enable people to experience a fun side of living more sustainably. 

On a completely different topic, numerous homes in our community have installed Heat Pumps in the past few years. Student, Osian James, is going to explore different people’s experience of this process – what did they find easy or difficult? what worked well and maybe not so well? and what would be their advice to others? We will share these results (anonymously) with the community this autumn.

All 3 students have exams in June so the projects won’t be starting until July.
